It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your Aurora's Cup Coffee product and have the best coffee experience.We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request either a full refund or a replacement product free of charge.
Return & Refund Policies
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a picture and description of the issue.
Exceptions & Non-returnable Items
Special bulk orders and custom products are not returnable or refundable. If there is an issue with a bulk or special order item, please contact Aurora’s Cup Coffee at (505) 349-1585 or email@example.com with concerns. We’ll evaluate and work with you to make it right.
Sale items are non-refundable and not returnable.
Aurora’s Cup Coffee gift cards are non-refundable and not returnable.
Refund& Exchange Process
If you are not satisfied with your Aurora's Cup Coffee within 30 days of your delivery date, we offer your choice of:
1. A full refund of your purchase and shipping within 10 business days
2. A replacement item with any selection you choose at no additional cost to you. We'll send you a one-time use a discount code equal to the amount of your purchase and shipping. Just make your new selection and use the discount code provided during check-out.
