30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request either a full refund or a replacement product free of charge. 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@auroras-cup.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include a picture and description of the issue.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items 

Special bulk orders and custom products are not returnable or refundable.
