30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request either a full refund or a replacement product free of charge. 

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include a picture and description of the issue.

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items 

Special bulk orders and custom products are not returnable or refundable.

Sale items are non-refundable and not returnable.

Aurora’s Cup Coffee gift cards are non-refundable and not returnable.
